Just rereading Punk Hazard and saw these two pages of what seem to be a silhouette of Lucci

Further support is that in 677 on the first page (second picture) when they displayed Smoker/Luffy/friends in the cage, they only showed the silhouettes of people who knew them and have crossed paths with them before, to show their reaction. The first one... is somebody I can't put my finger on, but they're obviously from the long arm tribe. Second panel is Pekoms with his jaw wide and breaking a sweat, and Eggman scrunching his eyebrows in surprise. 3rd panel is Lucci, who from my depiction is leaning forward in interest. I imagine his eyes widened and he just stared.

If I had to take a wild guess at the first guy it would be somebody who's been observing the Strawhats for a long time but hasn't interfered, and possibly a hybrid of the longarm tribe and a fishman, given the long arms and pointy ears with a dorsal fin going down the back of his head. But that's off topic.

anyway, thoughts? Think this is Lucci?

I think Lucci's time is over. At most he'll just be a little sidekick now. I don't think he'll come back to the main field again. It's probably not him, although it does look like him. Hattori would have confirmed it.

It looks like pre TS Franky wearing Drakes old hat, with a round nose, next to two people we also have not see before.

There is a possibility it is him because if you follow the cover stories, theres one for what happened with CP9 after their defeat. Spandam the annoying bastard blamed everything on them and they have become outlaws and are being hunted by marines. So, one place they could be is the underground broker world.

Although, i have to disagree on where you say we have seen all the first panel silhouttes. Yes, weve seen pekoms & tamago but the people with bird shaped masks on we have yet to see them.
