Were you bullied?

Bullying is one of the biggest problems in America society. It happens to not only students but to adults on occasion also. I was picked on when I was younger but by the time I got into high school I was well like by most students mainly because I was good at basketball but also cuz I stood up for myself and others.

So anyone here got bullied in school or is still getting bullied if so how did you handle it?

I never got bullied. I got annoyingly begged by mortals for a long time. People annoy me when they beg me for everything, but ain't looking out for me when I need help from time to time.

Then again, when I look back. What the kids said to me wasn't that bad, and they meant no harm.

I bullied and was a bully, but in both cases, it's a very weak definition of what is bullying. I was never picked on every single day nor did I pick on someone multiple times, but both still fall into the category. I was an uptight kid when bullied who tried to stop it by bullying someone. Reminds me how sensitive I am because both are very very small things, but felt like forever and so harmful in my opinion.

But yeah, I was a lost kid trying to find myself and I really have. Those things made me who I am, a much better comfortable positive and happy person.

I got teased a few times but I wouldn't call it being bullied. It wasn't a big deal to me then, and it's not a big deal to me now.

Nobody likes a bully... I was a big kid and remember getting teased until I realized this:

People will F**k with you only if YOU let them!
If you won't stand up for yourself nobody else is going to do it for you!
Don't start trouble but NEVER walk away from it even if you get your ass whipped!

I found that most times the worst ones would mess with you in a group to make themselves look badass as I said above "only if you let them".. I started going after them and by themselves most of the time they were gutless punks! By not running away and standing your ground they learn your not a ***** and look for easier pickings....

That's horrible life is to precious. I think people bully others cuz they see something in you that reminds them of themself that they don't like but try not to let it get you down. Remember like Anne says the sun will come out tomorrow.

I was first bullied when I was in first grade. I remember it was because my parents divorced; everyone began saying nobody liked me, calling me all kinds of names and insults. It got to a point where I had to ask my mom to change me school. But I guess bullied can smell your fear, because I became everyone's fool in the 4 schools I went to until high school. By that time I had been diagnosed with medical depression and anxiety. High school was different, not in a good way though. I was ignored the whole time, and believe it or not; that hurts even more. My life was a disaster and I didn't know what to do so I began cutting. High school is hell and whoever says the opposite is lying D:/
