Were you bullied?

Hey NB! I just finished reading an article on CNN about another school shooting that happened today. Long story short, the shooter felt like he had been bullied by the two students he targeted so he sought to avenge his pride.

My question to you is, have you ever been bullied in school or at work? Did you do anything about it if you were bullied?

It seems like bullying is a common factor that sends people over the edge. When I was in high school, the teachers and administrators didn't take bullying seriously. During the spring of my junior year of high school, a kid brought a gun to school. No one was hurt, but I knew enough about the kid to be certain that he was a victim of bullying.

I hope that school boards and even the Obama administration opens their eyes and sees that this is an issue that affects students in every school nation wide.

Not since first grade. I did the only thing I could do and told the teacher but the teacher hated all the boys in her class so she just ignored me. I was not the only one telling her that I was being verbally bullied

i was because i had an accent and at first i just ignored it and then they started making racist remarks about my home country so i kicked the shit out of them

I was bullied due to being above the average student in intelligence also known as "nerd" but I didnt care..i know revenge is sweet but 1 day the bullies will pay.

I got bullied. Fat, labeled a nerd, lower class member of society...but I dealt with it. Turned it around in high school and gained some true friends. Moved up the social ladder a bit and it stopped. Course, there's always that one troll in the group who just wants to hate -_-

Who hasn't? When i first arrived in Canada, i went to my New School. (i don't wanna give out the name). It was pretty nice until a bunch of my new "classmates" started making fun of my eyes and mocking my race ... At first, i cried ... Then, i told the teacher.

I was 7 at the time ... But yea, My teachers told me to keep my held high, no matter what they said to me, or how much they mocked my race... there is lot's more to the story, but yea... I was bullied, but not anymore. And it's all thanks to Patience and Perseverance.

i had many people attempt to bully me, but i was never the type to go quietly so eventually they left me alone

this was elementary and middle school. high school i was never messed with cause people thought i was funny

In 2nd grade, but the kid had problems and he was kicked out of our school. xd Mother****a got what he deserved. (When I think about it now, he wasn't that bad, like what you'd think.)

I got bullied for liking rock and roll. I never had long hair or anything, but I did challenge people to guitar battles lol. I was 10 at the time. Glad I didn't get pressured into becoming a gangsta, i prefer some RnR over cRap

But after that, no i've never been bullied, physically or mentally, or online

I got bullied but it was never anything big. Just dumbasses wanting to be dumbasses- I always ignored it. I didn't care but as I grew older, if I saw ppl getting picked on, I defended them. I hate scum who thinks it's fine to bully people.

yes... at some point I was bullied. People thought I thought that I was all that and what not so they started disliking me... people also thought I was gay for some reason :| yep I was bullied U_U

I was bullied all throughout my primary school years = 6 years, high school not at all.

I got bullied freshman year during wrestling by some varsity wrestler, but when I was a sophmore and he was a senior I challenged him for the weight class and got my revenge that way so he could be a bench warmer.
