no, there would be no difference in naruto's skill, u have to realize he's only 16, oro, jiraya were temporary teachers to naruto and sasuke, eventually they would have to get training from someone with like skills, such as itachi and obito with sasuke and bee with naruto, jiraya could only go as far as to teach naruto rasengan and take him to mt.myoboku thats it...naruto could have probably gotten sage mode faster but the outcome now would still be the same bsm
