Were Tsunade and Jiriya Lovers. Not literally but did they have “feelings” for each other but never acted on them because they were teammates?

you just answered the question yourself if anything i would said they did not acted because they were teammates but for some other weird reason. maybe they were waiting to see who would confess first in my opinion that could be one reason but idk

Tsunade saw Jiraiya as a really good friend i think, not her potential lover.
She loved and still loves Dan.
Jiraiya on the other hand, did love tsunade, or at the very least had a crush on her.

There were some feelings... not that much from Tsunade but from Jiraya, as we all know, definitely.

Tsunade's reaction after Jiraya left as well after he died made me think that she had some feelings for him but because of her loosing Dan, it was very hard for her to let herself loose so she kept it inside her.

We all cry when someone dies, of course, only that Tsunade showed a little bit more feelings than just the regular ones.
