I don't really care if it would be able to stop the time or not , I only want to see the Byakugan with an upgrade , and I really wants to see more Jyuken techniques

Only thing I see SP hinting at is that Neji awakened a special chakra just before his death. Manga made it clear all types of S/t come from RinneSharingan which the Byakugan powers have no relation to.
