What makes a pirate a good pirate?

If we go by an old fashion of pirates, there are two kinds of good pirate:

One: A good pirate is a fully-dedicated sea adventurer roaming and discovering new terrain and source
Two: A good pirate is one that tick off the fellow pirates over treasures and crews

If it's about One Piece then, a good pirate is also known as:
Strawhat Pirates... haaa

Tbh, there's no good pirate. It's either true pirate or rotten pirate ...I think.
