Minato's family name was Namikaze. As for Jiraiya... who knows what he is?

He does seem to have an oddly huge stamina for someone who doesn't seem to come from a special lineage.

I think jiraiya is senju because of his relationship with the sage toads , knowing sage mode , and he looks like the 2nd hokage with the white hair and red markings on his face and never showing his last name but hey who knows
