If you look at chapter 607 page 6 when kakashi is visiting rin's grave he let's slip that "Minato Sensei's Sonwill be born soon not only that but he say's that he must tell obito aswell".

Did Kakashi know Obito was alive? It's his fault, but about as unintentional as you can get, he was just talking to Obito's grave.
