Well Well Well, i was right all along.

Naruto's hand mark, it has to be Creation of all things. Naruto said himself. "I feel like i can change everything". That's exactly what Banbutsu Sōzō does, change everything, every law and every chakra flow to fit the users imagination.

BUT, there is i big BUT here. I think Naruto only has the red Banbutsu Sōzō mark on his right hand, and Sasuke has the blue Banbutsu Sōzō mark on his left hand. Together they can use Complete Banbutsu Sōzō.
I think Hagoromo did this so that Sasuke & Naruto are forever tied to eachother, like inseparable brothers. Together they will be able to form the future world with Banbutsu Sōzō, this has the be Hagoromos reason.

I said this in a post last year, i thought Naruto's last power would be Banbutsu Sōzō, i guess i was right!

Great prediction I actually agree with this it makes a lot of sense being that Hagoromo did regret that he didn't make both of them his successor; and that lead to them fighting each other for centuries, and reincarnating and all that good stuff.

What I wanna see though is yes they're destined to change the shinobi world forever but how though?? Are they gonna get rid of ninjutsu and strictly use ninshuu or create a whole new way of peace??

First of all, thanks for the rep buddy My theory is that current generations will still use Ninjutsu but later generations will adapt to Ninshuu. And slowly but surely Ninjutsu will be forgotten all together in the future. Example: fast forward 100 years. Ninjutsu is not tought in schools, instead peace and Ninshuu is taught. And there are new jobs and science present. Not unlike our world today. With technology and universities. I think Naruto has a tough job to educate the world, but he will pull it off. Maybe we will see the result in Naruto series 3
