[Predictions] Well, we pretty much know the whole reason why Obito is going along with Madara now

As some might have guessed by now(chapters been out since this morning yes?) Obito is going to go through the earth via Zetsu and come up only to witness either the end of the fight or the aftermath or see Rin die personally.



The poo zetsu put the Idea in Obito's head that In the Genjutsu world, people can be revived.
We know Rin dies.
Obito wants to live in a world where he can see Rin again no matter what.


Think the matrix said it best "Ignorance is bliss."


Of course...that guy got his in the end though. lol

Anyone would want that, but people die. You just have to deal with it. You can't force other people into something they don't want just so you could be with the one you love. Plus, it wouldn't be real, just an illusion of that person...

But this is whag Ive been talking about the whole time.

Obito loses faith in humanity after he witnessed Rins death.

He blames Kakashi being 100% responsible for Rins death.

Im thinking Rin was injured or he had to make a crucial ultimatum and chose the outcome in Rin dying.

Obito sees this and loses grip of reality itself.

Zetsu calms him down and reassures him that if he followes Madaras planhe will see her again.

And ultimately live in a reality were all these bad things happen to good people.

I was thinking the same thing. I'm guessing (like someone said earlier) that in the upcomming chapters kakashi will make a descision regarding rins fate. With them being surrounded by Kiri ninja, I'm guessing Rin will be injured at some point will tell kakashi to go and escape. Instead of fighting alongside his fallen teamate, Kakashi will leave thus sealing her fate. Obito will blame kakashi for her death because he abondoned her. Thats my prediction at least
