Really am playing devil's advocate to obito. We haven't not seen the full extent to the sage of the six power. WE only seen it through nagato, madara, and obito. We can only imagine. Which it has to be massive.

Obito sealed an incomplete Juubi inside of himself that does not contain the full embodiments of the Kyuubi and Hachibi's chakra and it is not in it's Final form. The Sage of the Six Paths however fought and sealed a full power Final form Juubi inside himself and had it inside himself for a way longer time than Obito did.

The Sage wins due to the reasons I stated above.
