By changing nature we all know that it means adding an elemental nature to it
But what the hell does Minato mean by ""' well enough"""
I can derive only two things from this or to say confirm two things about Minato
1 : Minato also possesses wind affinity and had mastered adding this nature to rasengan towards the end of his days and hence kind off cherishes the fact that even naruto could do it
2: since Minato was not surprised by the wind affinity to rasengan , this proves that Minato also had wind affinity and had tried to modify rAsengan and had managed to get to those stages where the wind style rasengan was unstable(just like with naruto initially) , hence he remarks that his son could do it well enough
So I feel that either one of the above two could be true and no matter what might be possible this might actually confirm that Minato has wind affinity
This can be supported by let's say Minato tried to add fire affinity to rasengan( doesn't matter whether he succeeded or failed) then I am sure Minato would have said ;"""""that naruto he managed to add a wind nature to his rasengan""""""
This also supports the theory that many other basers have proposed before that Minato has wind affinity and that this was why he was able to cut bee's tentacle so easily
