(Ame no Kunai) - Rain of Kunai Technique

Description: This technique derives from the Land of Fire and was created for a defensive method against multiple opponents. Each individual kunai has a small scarf like cloth around the hollow circular hilt that will be tied to another slightly larger cloth that will act as a floating mechanism that allows every kunai to remain in stasis within the air after thrown. This mechanism also contains a explosive tag already placed inside the larger cloth, when two turns pass it will explode causing the kunai to shoot outward towards the opponent at high speeds due to the momentum of the explosion. The user will infuse each kunai before throwing with their chakra if they so wish to have the kunai duplicate making a total of ten kunai per one kunai thrown once the exposive tag explodes. This technique can also be thrown directly downward, having the floating mechanism zip inward via a rope tied around the outline of the cloth. If the kunai(s) are thrown downward they will shoot forward toward the opponent like the first method but instead will be shot from the ground instead of the sky.

Description: This technique is very unique, those that use it are regarded as goofy and childish but also very tactical and intelligent in battle. The user first begins by manipulating their core chakra and forming three hand seals. Then, taking up to 10 small bursts from it to travel to the mouth to where the user will then transform the chakra in their mouth into a ghost resemblance of themselves then expel them having the ghosts float around the user. These ghosts are controlled by the user, although they've been considered to have consciousness they can either guard the user or fly off to harass or even commit a kamikaze offensive to the opponent. When performing their kamikaze attack they'll rush down the opponent up to Mid range, once coming into contact with the adversary they'll explode causing x number of damage divided by ghosts per explosion that touches the opponent (total being 60 damage). When guarding the user they'll also explode but will only deal damage to those that have enough confidence to rush down the user into close range. These ghosts will last 3 turns if not touched, acting as a Shadow Clone but not utilizing it the same way, due to this they're not able to perform any jutsu. This technique can use immense amount of stamina from the user, because of this the technique can only be used a maximum of three times per battle after a single turn break.

Description and Background: Pelicans are a genus of large water birds that make up the family Pelecanidae. They are characterized by a long beak and a large throat pouch used for catching prey and draining water from the scooped-up contents before swallowing. They have predominantly pale plumage, the exceptions being the brown and Peruvian pelicans. Pelicans frequent inland and coastal waters, where they feed principally on fish, catching them at or near the water surface. They are gregarious birds, travelling in flocks, hunting cooperatively, and breeding colonially. The relationship between pelicans and people has often been contentious. The birds have been persecuted because of their perceived competition with commercial and recreational fishing. They often eat only fish and can store massive amount of water in their mouth at anytime.

Pelicans are known for their flight and their throat pouches, widely known as birds although the only species that have the ability to store water in their mouth or even prey. Through the art of fiction Pelicans can be shown using water or wind due to their wings. Because of this it is their nature to be surrounded by the sea or ocean front; always travelling across it or seeking food. In the ninja world their inhabitants are known as ''Tensamigoku'' or ''Heavenly Summit'', a land of high skies surrounded by clouds and constant flowing water falls.

Abilities:

1st: Because they're naturally gifted in both Wind and Water, they gain a damage increase of +20 to both elements.

2nd: Because of their throat pouches Pelicans that can perform Water Jutsu can do so without a preexisting source to cast it from.

(Shisō / Kioku) - Huginn and Muninn

Description: These two animals are considered Pelicans, both quite small according to their other brothers and sisters; only a height similar to that of ravens. Huginn/Shisō is considered white feathered with a white beak and represents the summoners good personality and thoughts, Muninn/Kioku is all black feathered with a similar color beak and is a representation of the summoners evil side and their memory of their past sins. Both of them usually will rest upon each shoulder of the summoner whether or not they're or they're not according to the individual that does (summoning specialties). Similar to Jiraiya's Fukasaku and Shima they'll always be summoned together or usually so, as although they aren't a couple they're considered close brothers. They're able to fly due to their wings, furthermore able to communicate through to their summoner from long distance through thought although they're ideally able to speak multiple languages themselves. These birds together represent wisdom and although both of them are unable to perform any jutsu, their heightened sense of eyesight due to their primitive bird species ancestral biological enhancements grant them the ability to gather information from a very long distance or envision details unable to be caught by the human eyesight. Both birds are able to see clearly with a minimum of 20/20 vision up to 1 landmarks away.

Description: The user will firstly clap their hands together then using one hand reach over and hover it over their automail forearm, using the steel that the automail is made out of the user will manipulate the center of the forearm to change its structure to extend outwards in a vertical manner; forming a long blade that extends seven inches over the fist. This blade can then be used with taijutsu, kenjutsu, and even certain ninjutsu; acting like a sword or personal weapon. The edges of the blade is so sharp that it can cut through human bone with ease and can even be considered as a defensive tactic if positioned horizontally, tip facing the attacking technique.

After the row of spikes emerges from the ground the user will then place one of their hands on the first spike causing it to break into multiple pieces then form smaller spikes that will shoot towards the opponent in a swift manner. These smaller projectile spikes aren't sharp enough to kill, however will leave a slight scratch; the last move of the technique is meant for a blinding mechanic for a taijutsu follow up that will end the technique with a takedown. Once the opponent is blinded by the barrage of spikes the user will leap at the opponent, wrapping their legs around the opponent's neck whilst spinning then using gravity momentum to their advantage will take their opponent down swiftly with their knees.

Description: This technique combines both steel and puppetry in one use, ideally ninjutsu. Upon usability of their own legendary technique known as the ''(Kage Bunshin Kōtsū no Jutsu) - Shadow Clone of Transportation Technique'' the user will instead replace the Kage Bunshin(s) with Tengu structured, steel built puppets with cage like abdominals. Once one, two, three, or four appear upon the own user's discretion the Tengu will immediately without hesitation open their rib cage(s) to emit a rabid barrage of kunai up to 50 in count per puppet. If, however, the user decides to, the Tengu can or may emit a additional lethal barrage of more equally sharp and deadly steel feathers that hang upon each wing of every individual puppet; limiting to 2 wings per Tengu ideally 50 additional steel feathers per wing. The damage of this technique is split equally among each Tengu and their projectiles. Once the steel feathers are used they may not be used again unless the user spends a move to replenish them (applying to all created Tengu).
