gaara can fight againt susanoo mabey but he has nothing to stop genjutsu let alone tsukiyomi
surounded by ameratsu flames. itachi>>>deidara>>>gaara

gaara vs itachi = itachi wins

on the other hand madaras full move set and peak has not be shown yet so noone can say for sure
to be honest tho madara is invincible but not unbeatable. the only thing i can say right now is K.A could be the deciding factor to allow itachi to win

He can fly out of range of Tsukuyomi, and Sand Armor tanks Amaterasu.

This is a close call in this scenario obito would use kumui repeatedly.
as we all know itachi has great analitical skills (beat a renningan users using kunai by disabling the watching eyes)
obito would try to suck itachi into the next dimention but would be confused by a school of crows exploding into ameratsu flames
obito would simply try to faze through the flames and attack itachi, only to be trapped in a tsukiyomi . obito would break the tsukiyomi after exausting all his chakara only to wake up at itachi's feet looking up at v4 susanoo

the only ways in which sasuke has surpassed itachi is with his ability to change the form of his blaze release.
in all other catogorys he's equal or under itachi.
