Weird thing about Tobi....

ok, so in the manga we saw tobi with long hair, and now its short,right? the one with the long hair could be madara, and the other one obito, but in the anime, the one we think its madara who has long hair, has the same voice as the other tobi with short hair...so....maybe mistake...i don't know, let me know what you think...
