I think most of those are haki related like Diable Jambe, asura and Hell wink. But that it was never explained.

Asura fits perfectly well in the illusion category and it could be CoO if that will ever be expended more than it is.
Diable Jambe and sanji not burning his own leg off could be because he always had some form of CoA to protect himself.
Hell wink can be a minature version of CoC where people get knocked around based on will power

It's not uncommon for people to unlock haki and to use it without them knowing it. Enel did it in skypeia but called his haki mantra. And Ace and Luffy also did it a couple of times with CoC.

So all these super human abilities might be related to haki one way or another.
