Weird chapter ending and start for 681-682?

Is it just me or were Naruto and Sasuke being held by their necks last chapter and miraculously they managed to escape in the time between the two chapters? Im obviously wrong or have missed something so please explain it to me!!

I think you might have missed the last 1 or 2 pages in 681. Naruto breaks free from her/BZ's hold and helps Sasuke escape.
