Well people who smoke weed dont care if it's legalized or not, they dont care if it's healthy or not, just like smokers or alcoholists dont care about that.
But those who dont smoke it anyways, well I dont think that too many of them would change their minds and smoke it just coz it's legal now.

Where the Hell would they sell it??

All things legal are seen as to be prosperous, and good for everyone's well being. Having something like weed legalized would make kids and teens think it was alright. Instead of crime rates going down (as some has said), it would go up. The places that sell it would have to be extra careful, or else they'll be robbed blind. To make sure of their safety, guns come into play, and death rates go up. It's a bad idea all around really. Even if it was too be taxed, the cons will eventually weigh out the pros.

Do you kow how popular and demanded weed is? To have such a demanded product in a store is not that wise. People would just steal it then sell it to make their own profit. If weed was to be lagalized, then what about the drug dealers? They would take action, would they not? They start stealing weed from the stores, then crime rates sky rockets, death rates as well. The Government would change it's price (higher of course), then the customers would be mad that they not only have to pay a large price for it, but they also have to pay taxes on it (most likely high). Bad decisions all around, worse idea ever.
