I've made a recent design and decided to actually do the coding and publish it. The project isn't finished yet, as you can see some parts are missing (Quick Links and pages for the Navigation links). I have a few more images and effects to add as well, a sliding/transitioning banner and some nice CSS animations. I have no idea how I want the home page to look yet, so I haven't designed that part. This was made with HTML and CSS. Still working on JQuery. Anyways, here's the first page I've completed, tell me what you think. There are some problems though, font smoothing is one of them. I'll eventually fix that though. COmment and criticise please, remember it isn't finished. :3

Edit: "Username" icon isn't showing for some reason..I'll check the CSS.
