That's why it sounds that way. But if you read it to at least the middle, you'll understand that the person did his research. It's not just rumblings of a suspicious person.

Essentially. The erratic weather patterns point to that direction.

It'll make things easier for you if you do some research around the ion-o-sphere. It's essentially an electromagnetic field responsible for transmitting energy. We use it for some of our technology.

This article is accusing the Military of weaponizing the weather. That allegation alone makes you sound crazy. Even if it was true, there needs to be some real evidence to show it worked and points back to them or else it is going to be considered a natural disaster.

The title makes it sound like that, but he's not just saying stuff about the Military. And HAARP is not just Military based. They've admitted themselves that they use it for other purposes.

The Chemtrails and some of the reported symptoms are enough to say that they actually do release toxic chemicals into the sky, and for what reason other than manipulating the weather? It would be just plain dumb if you said what they sprayed was for absolutely no reason. What's even more suspicious is the pilots that were questioned about it said they couldn't disclose anything. And this is just going off my own opinion and some of the research I did prior reading the article.
