[Question] weapons + custom jutsu.

i know the answer is probably somewhere i haven't see but i was wondering where do you submit a weapon you have created and do you need a certain rank? also what rank do you need to make custom jutsu and were do you submit them.

You submit a CW in the Custom jutsu submission thread. I dont think you need a rank, you just make the weapon the same rank as you can learn up to. All info on custom weapons can be found in Biography rules at the bottom of the NBRP section

I don't think you can submit weapons or Justus until you have 50 posts. Then you can however, submit Justus but only D and E rank Justus.
