e.g i'd create elemental nunchucks so whenever i swing it, all elements combine to create a powerful slice. can penetrate susanoo if used wisely.

A chakra cannon. It would basically be a cannon of any size (depends on users preference) which can be used to shoot concentrated blast of chakra like mini tb bombs. A user would basically hold the cannon and charge it with chakra and upon will fire out the concentrated blast aiming at their opponent. It would be able to be used with all forms of chakra being that it is just a toll used to concentrate and release the blast in a compact form. Which could vary from person to person or the amount of chakra put into it. My idea from this comes from Megaman's X buster.

I could use this to just blast the crap out of sasuke, and kabuto.

i dont know why anyone would waste their shot on sakura when she saved hundreds of lives and not just fodder. you could retract her immense skill if you wish but then more people will die.
