Wealthiest clan in NV: Hyūga clan

Lol the amount of bias in this thread is comical.

The Senju/Uzumaki and Uchiha were probably the wealthiest families when Konoha was created, however, the Hyuga probably are now after the Uchiha slaughter.

Tsunade pretty much spent most of her money on things (gambling) and the super expensive necklace she had, she gave to Naruto and that thing broke, so Senju don't really have money anymore (and clan members). You could say she's Kage but it wouldn't be more than Naruto's family (because he's a Kage also and he's part of the Hyuga clan).

Sasuke would get a portion of his clans money but most of it would go to the village. There was never a deed named to Sasuke to inherit all that money. In a case like that, most of the wealth would go over to the government aka Konoha with Sasuke having a decent amount to himself.

The Hyuga's are a noble family that have been around for a long time and continue to make bank. The Hyuga's clan leader (maybe?) is married to Naruto which is Kage and would make decent cash. After all the circumstances with all these clans, the Hyuga is probably the wealthiest family.

people saying the Uchiha don't understand that they were not only destroyed physically but also ruined (nah there is no Uchiha treasures, they are not pirates, they were working for the village as policemen meaning they were payed for this job most probably).

stop being biased, without members to work for the clan, no money will swim by itself into the piggy bank.

That's only a partial testament to their wealth, though. Their so-called "enclave" was mainly intact BECAUSE Konoha wanted to isolate them from the rest of the village also, so your statement doesn't fully validate them as the wealthiest clan "now."

Both their role in the village and lifeway was predetermined, if I recall correctly.

OT: I'd say the Senju and Uchiha initially as the fore-founders, but realistically those two clans have been overtaken in wealth.

Presently, I'd say the Akimichi and Hyuga clan. My rationale is both possess generational wealth (i.e. old money). The issue with the Senju and Uchiha boils down to both being mostly inactive clans presently (the key here is that they were also inactive during the time-frame other clans would have been active). The Hyuga and Akimichi clans have more shinobi active that can continue to generate wealth for their respective clans, so are likely among the richest now.

And, the abovementioned doesn't even factor in any of the possible nouveau riche clans in KONOHA.​

shinobis are payed by normal people, EVERY ONE OF THEM, directly or not, the money is not coming from space.
if they don't, they work just like Ino's family with their flowers shop for example.

no more Uchiha = no more people working to gain money, civilian or shinobi it doesn't matter, only alive people can generate wealth.

also the Uchiha clan was like any administrative service, payed by the village money to protect it, that's why Itachi killed them all when they had the bad idea to stop doing their duty because they were never above neither totally independent from it to begin with.

I have absolutely no idea why they didnt put it to good use and capitalize on it; increasing the villages wealth.

Hyugas are indeed the wealthiest. You can't teach a fighting style they have to anyone. Unless they got good money to pay for the service.

Could he actually make it or was it something he could simply control? Because as far as I know, he was only able to control it due to having magnet style
