Besides The Fact That It Can Only Guard One Position At A Time, And The Enormous Amount Of Chakra Utilized - I Can't See Any Weakness. As Diottcas Said Earlier, The Mirror Itself Is A Spirit Item, And Thus Can't Be Burned Through Use Of Amaterasu.
