The strongest or weakest posts are strange. I think it depends who's there fighting many claim oro stronger than jiraiya. But oro may easier beat him. But. I doubt oro would do as we'll against pain , and itachi easily smacked oro. But claimed even with kisame there both he and jiriaya they would most likely die, I think these top ninja polls are flawed in they way there's few battles they ve vs'd the same people
