So,exactly how would this work? We could easily say sasuke is weak compared to madara, yet he is strong compared to konohamaru.

Iruka......has he even done any ninjutsu

Ino.......by herself, and where her skill is at now, she only useful in the ISC formation when Shikamaru is there to watch her pretty much lifeless body

Shikamaru.......in terms of strength alone I believe he is pretty weak and has horrible chakra stamina

Udon & her snot nose teammate (forgot his name).......I only say them because Konohamaru is the only one out of the team to show any skill that I have seen
