1- He wanted to know why she and Nagato betrayed him
2- He needed the location of the Rinnegan
3- Konan spent years trying to figure out Kamui
4- Konan had prep time to design the battlefield specially for her fight with Obito...had they fought somewhere else Obito would have raped

And explain how Itachi counters Mokuton and Kamui?

1. Dude, first off he even stated that he didn't care for the reason at one point.
2. Konan wasn't going to tell him where the rinnegan was. The entire fight was to protect the rinnegan.
3. I don't get your point on #3, Kamui is easy to figure out, she was just studying it in detail. (And Obito could have possibly known her ability as well. He didn't seem surprised...)
4. Konan did not show any sign of rigging the battle field. Yes, she chose a location to exploit her full potential but, that just means she was able to utilize all her abilities in there full extent. (Which Obito could do in like 99% of the locations)
5. Obito's Mokuton could be countered with something along the lines of Amaterasu.
6. Konan did not necessarily know about Izanagi if she did, she wouldn't have been caught off guard.

And once again just because a person can beat another doesn't mean they're stronger. The reason I used Konan as an example is proof that if Tobi is hammered with a series of attacks, he would be quite vulnerable. And not to mention all those abilities you just stated...he didn't have 90% of those at the time.

The Rinnegan didnt increase his strength...it could have even weakened him since Obito said it was difficult to control 1 eye and the only feat the Rinnegan gave him was Bijuu and Gedo Mazo...it didnt give him the strength and speed+refelxes which he already had via Kamui and Hashiroids

Also how Itachi escape Kamui suck? Minato did it via FTG so how will Itachi escape?

The rinnegan also increased his perception there's no proof that his eyes would have been just as able to keep up with BM Naruto. So, that wouldn't be a fair analogy. And Itachi wouldn't need to escape the warping if he has enough pressure from the start and puts Obito on the defensive.
