we can't say zetsu it's the weakest, we haven't seen much of him yet

We've seen he can hold his own against Mei Terumi, Chojuro, Minato's body guards and a Naruto KM clone for a while, and that was the black half alone, imagine with support and distraction of the white half

With chiyo's help and she knew everything about sasori and he died willingly. I hate when people underrate him when they half pay attention to the fight.

Tobi- naruto is having a lot more trouble with him then he did with pain, true leader of akatsuki, intagibility, space time jutsu
Pain- rinnegan, was originally known as the leader of the akatsuki
Itachi- mangyeko sharingan, susano, totsuka blade, mirror etc.
Kisame- admitted he was weaker then itachi, undoubtly extremely powerful, faced off with the likes of killer b and gated might gai, said to be a tailless tailed beast, samehada
Konan- pains partner, could have defeated tobi if not for izanagi, pushed him to the very edge, only reason I put her under kisame is because her attacks are based off of paper and we all know what happens to paper once it gets wet. I don't think anyone below Konan could have pushed tobi far enough to use izanagi as she did.
Sasori- puppet master, had 3rd kazekages power, only reason he died was because of plot no jutsu, he faced possibly the perfect pair for him ( a talented medic ninja and his grandma), deidera admitted he was stronger then him
Deidera- strong but admitted he was weaker then sasori, been defeated by itachi, pushed sasuke too his limit, could have possibly took sasuke with him to his death if it wasn't for plot no jutsu
Kakuzo- has all five elements along with five hearts, has to be killed five times but his loss to naruto seemed a little to easy, old age might have got to him
Hidan- yes he killed asuma, but he is only capable in close range combat. That is all.
Zetsu- hasn't displayed any combat yet so whether or not you want to call him the weakest, or skip him is your choice. He can be presumed to be the weakest.
