Highly doubt it. Plus, what would be the point? Madara has Rinnegan and he's an Edo Tensei. If he can't block it, then he'd just regenerate. If you think he'd use it on Kakashi/Obito, then what was the point of him stopping his charge? If he wanted Obito and/or Kakashi dead that badly he would have just continued through them with his sword. Its a waste of energy on Sasuke's part.
