I'll say that Shizune dies,
the Pain goes straight to Myokubuzan (spelling!),after fighting
Tsunade, She almost wins, but he flees there with his bodies.
This way Konohamaru's skin is saved!
However, some of the Pains are killed,
Guy's team kills perhaps (or fights) one of his bodies,
Bla bla etc. but the main thing is that Nagato pain fights Naruto
1 : 1 at Myokubouzan.
And Tsunade, severely injured after fighting Nagato (who went
to fight Naruto), is killed by Danzou, who becomes the next hokage.

(Yes, I'm saying that Akatsuki are indirectly the next Hokage)
