yeah I thought that too.. but maybe that was kinda necessary for Sting and Rogue to kill them to become dragon slayers (dragons asked them to do so)... Who knows... let's wait and see.. but the thing that made me thought about that was their heartbeat... if the dragons are within them maybe that caused their massive heartbeat

Gardeeney and Igneel talked in chapter 101(Gardeeney appeared telepathically as an orb of light), while Wendy was introduced in chapter 132, but in 101 they talked about Wendy and her possible meeting with Natsu and hinted towards zeref too, so Gardeeney may be in Wendy. Gardeeney also said that all they can do is believe in human's powers.
