He did'nt have the Yin Seal so it's hard to say,but the fact he was able to master the Rasengan in one week despite not having proper control of his chakra back in Part 1 speaks for itself.He has gotten leaps and bounds better at it with the completion of Rasengan and perfecting SM as while as adapting his chakra to match thousands of people.

Kurama explained it perfect in the chapter where Naruto gave everyone his chakra.He is able to adapt it to match everyone's chakra nature which is something not everyone can do.
