When I first read this I didn't think much of it except for comic relief... but the fact is that Luffy really did carry all of that with zero struggle.

its insane that all of that was able to fit inside of such a tiny bag but hey manga logic.

How much do you think this bag weighs?

well from the rushed calculations i just made using google...

an adult human drinks 182.5 gallons of water a year... times 3 equals 547.5 gallons... converted to tons equals 17.25 tons...
a pair of clothes, meaning boxers, shorts and a shirt (no shoes or socks since Luffy always wears flip flops) is usually around 2 or 3 pounds. well say 3 though. times 500 equals 1500 pounds, converted to pounds equals a short ton, .25 tons, which adds up to 18 tons.
a lunch box is going to be weird to calculate. so since he already has all that water and his favorite food is meat, lets say that his huge pieces of meat weigh around 5 pounds, with vegetables and fruit which total at around 8 pounds per lunch box. times 1000 equals 8000 pounds, equals 4 tons, which adds up to 24 tons
And the handkerchiefs.. of course he'll use 3 a day for each meal, so that makes for 1095 hc's a year.
and I'm a server at a senior citizens home so I know that a good handkerchief is about 1/4th a pound. so that's 273.75 pounds times 3 equals 821.25 pounds, converted to tons equals .40 tons, which adds up to 24.4 tons.

And all that's left is tissues, towels, snacks, silverware, hair brushes, soap, bug bite ointment, and cream which ill do later but wow 24.4 tons. thats heavy.

This is the ball compared to luffy. That ball was almost the same size as the bag, but massively denser.
EDIT: Actually that ball was way bigger than the bag when i look at it...

Even a taller Luffy was the same size as that bag.

Forgot all about that. How much do you think that weighed?
A brick of gold weighs about 27 pounds. A person is about the size of 15 bricks and luffy fits about 4 times into that ball so

15x27 = 405 pounds
405x10~ 4050 pounds

The golden ball weighs 4050 pounds

I don't think that's accurate

If so, then this bag Luffy carried was an x to the thousandth times heavier than that

Beast sig.

OT: That's impressive but not really surprising since pre-TS was able to push away two buildings.
That is true. But it's important to think about how that strength was applied. The building push was more or less a big burst of strength. But carrying, walking with, bending backwards with, and jumping around with. There was way more endurance during this one.

He even did a huge spin jump backwards with it in his hand, like it was nothing. In my opinion at least that long lasting durability with 24 tons on his back was way more intense than the building, though they were both impressive.
