there's no need for all that, it is already clear that she didn't get rid of the darkness in her before taking the chakra from the fruit. She might have been through some things in her time that has kept darkness within her; thus the fruit which gives both good and evil chakra will corrupt her even further like the ninetails darkness. Unlike Naruto who removed his darkness before using Kurama's powers, that's the secret to avoiding evil
