I wonder if Naruto can regenerate those arms, and let us see that jutsu he wanted to beat Juubito with, but of course it won't work against someone like Kaguya though.
Even though, what about Sasuke? If he was able to get rid of Madara's rode, then does it mean he can reveal his other pf Hagoromo's chakra so he can revive Minato's arms back?

I'm fairly certain that the only reason why his arms weren't growing back were because they were being restricted by the chakra rods. I'm guessing that, since they were removed, they'll regenerate without but not with Naruto.
