The moment i see my opponent i smirk and speak to her. You ready? I start by gathering Suiton chakra within my gut and quickly spitting out a large quantity of water in the form of a spiraling sphere. The moment i spat the sphere out i quickly jabbed my left fist at the back of the sphere, following up with another Jutsu. The second i jabbed my hand forwards i release an adaptable whirlwind that easily catches the water used a split moment beforehand. The wind enhances the water, expanding its area of affect, giving it additional speed and more brute strength. The wind enhanced water whirlwind easily dwarfs you and continue towards you in attempts to crush you head on. Due to the wind spreading the water so much, the expanded water would be large enough to block our vision of one another, but i made sure to keep my senses on high alert.

The moment i shot and combined the two projectiles i i start sprinting to my right while i perform a row of hand seals before stopping and slamming my hands on the ground, initiating another technique. Now being a few meters or so from my previous position, enormous earthen jaws erupt from your last know position from the left and right sides, attempting to close together and crush you as if an earth dragon was swallowing you from below. Due to the size of the jaws and calculations of where you should be, the jaws should easily catch you as you attempt to stop the wind and water whirlwind.

This hand held shield is made of chakra metal which makes it so the shield can resonate with the user's chakra, be it elemental or regular chakra. The shield is shown as whatever colour the user deems fitting for his style. It has taken years of training to perfect utilizing a shield in battle and taijutsu combat with the shield, but well worth the effort put into it. This shield is round in shape and covers close to half the user when blocking attacks, it also has a strap on the backside for carrying purposes. The strap has built in holder's for kunai (similar to a gun strap holding bullets) making for easy access to kunai but it only hold's three kunai in place securely. The main ability behind this shield is that once per Three turns the user is able to infuse the top of the shield with Wind based chakra and by rotating the wind on the face of he shield it boosts the throwing speed and power Rotation of the shield upon contact with a target. The user even has the ability to make the edge of the shield like a saw blade with wind chakra adding a slicing and cutting ability to the wind natured shield. The shield is returned to the user by either rigging it with wire or by ricocheting off of things. The user of the shield must catch the shield by its strap which slightly hangs down while being thrown, many shinobi have said that this was the true form of Rasenshuriken. While in wind state shield mode the iser can use it in close combat as well smash the enemy in the face or chest with extra force due to the wind chakra on the face of the shield.
It also has the ability to block explosive kunai's and up to C rank Taijutsu, while also adding a +5 boost to damage while using the shield in conjunction with taijutsu and any shield developed taijutsu made at into Freeform or actual jutsu's


Restrictions:
+shield throw is A rank in power when fused with wind chakra.
+once per three turns the elemental shield throw and only three times per battle.
+can only hold regular kunai. no explosive tags can be equipped.
+user must state at the start of battle that the shield is on their back.

As Mashiro see's the person expel some moisture from her mouth she
grabs her shield from off of her back. Mashiro quickly creates some small classes earth spikes to protrude into the girls side near her appendix and liver.

Description: This technique lets the user create a few rock pillars that will protrude from the ground to skew the target. She doesn't move an inch and she takes defensive stance as soon as the spikes rise up she simply holds the shield in her left hand and proceeds to create a cushion of wind on the face of the shield which also near doubles the size of the shield's face. Ah ahahaha never will my Defense be pierced by a mere mortal. The clash of the wind infused water combo abruptly cushioned itself on the front of the shield slightly pushing Mashiro backwards.
Wonder what this pedophile will do to me if I lose, god no the horrors. Locked in the trunk of a smelly place for weeks on end completly gross.

Feeling the ground shake slightly below my feet, i easily notice something was coming from below, so i reacted accordingly. I'd jump into the air just as the spike were about to impale me, allowing me to evade them with enough room to use a Chakra thrust below my feet and propel myself to my right a few meters.

While in mid air immediately after thrusting to the side, i weave together a couple of hand seals while deeply inhaling. I'd then quickly spew out a large shark made of sticky syrup like water, the shark being the size of an average male great white shark. It glides across the air aimed the crush against you and leave the entire area around you covered in the sticky water. This makes it difficult to move around that area without being captured in the water, though the shark impact itself is enough to crush all of your bones.

Mashiro after defending the last Jutsu places her shield back onto her back. The moment Jio begins to thrust sideways Mashiro forms a single handsign and releases a surge of lightning from both hands forming two large Rotating discs of lightning.
She launches the two discs so they are centimetres apart at the top and almost forming a triangle like shape.

As your lightning comes at me i simply grab shine-tsu-hiko and swing it towards my right. In that motion a wind dragon of magnificent power came bursting from the earth below me. He'd catch me on his head where I'd use chakra in my soles to maintain my balance as the dragon moved with haste. The dragon carried me to my left about 5m whilst flying into the air about 10m or so. This allowed me to evade the lightning and even if due to the dragon's huge size the lightning hits the dragon, it would literally be unaffected.

Description: By doing a series of 3 hand seals (Dragon - Dog - Snake) the user is able to initiate a wind technique made from the ground. Using wind chakra in the surface of the ground (earth, dirt, deserts etc) the user controls the air particles to lift rapidly, ripping the ground on a small level in order to bring up dirt, dust and small broken up rock with the air. The chakra enhanced air carries the debris with it as the user uses shape manipulation to create a dragon that resembles the water dragon technique, rivaling it in size, though due to the wind properties the dragon can achieve flight but only at the user's base speed. It is also to be noted that the outside of the Dragon is harmless smooth wind, while the inside of it is made of the earthen debris and sharpened wind. This allows the user to ride on the dragon to fly or evade the opponent without the risk of being cut by his own technique. Once materialized into existence the dragon uses the chakra that it was created from to sustain itself independently of the users control in order to aid the user while the user holds his own. On the other hand the real power comes from its ability to combine the wind it's made of with the earthen material it brought up with it. From any part of its body, the dragon can release large streams (similar to the water bullet jutsu) of wind that carries sharply coated earthen debris; including large rock chunks, dust, dirt etc. These streams equal to an A-rank (60 +15 dmg) attack and the range of the streams reach up to 15m away from the dragon. Alternatively the dragon can reverse the flow of wind in its body, creating a vortex on any point on the surface of its body that would suck up things that the part of the body is aimed at. The suction's reach extends out to mid range, allowing the dragon to suck in anything within 15m of his immediate area. This ability counts as a move by the user and the sucked in target or item would be cut up and destroyed by the sharp wind and large debris spinning inside the dragon, equaling an A-rank (60 +15 dmg) attack from the inside.

As the dragon is moving i see you launch three kunai into the air, but i wasn't going for that, i allowed my dragon to carry me away from the kunai trajectory. The dragon whipped its tail around to try hitting you from the left (my right side, so the tail attacks from my right while the head goes to the left) side from above, crushing you in between its massive tail and the ground. Due to the size and strength of the dragon, the tail attack would hold immense strength (95 dmg) and would prove difficult to deal with. At the same time he also release a massive stream of wind from the side of its body that is aimed to crush you from your right side. This large stream carries large sharp earthen debris coated by wind, so would prove more dangerous than the typical wind blast.

To top things off i also did my own share of attacking as the dragon acted on its own accord. The moment i saw you throw the kunais into the air, i motioned my sword towards the kunai to activate a technique. Suddenly from the handle of the middle kunai (as it is still going upwards) which would be pointed at you (the handle) a vortex of wind shot out. The vortex was thin and sharp, extending towards you in a quick fashion to pierce through you just a brief moment after yoy threw the kunai. This leaves three attacks coming at you simultaneously to me fully evading your attacks.

Mashiro paying much respect to the filthy Nekura now, simply for showing her a dragon. Her eyes gleaming and her smile beaming while clapping briefly from excitement.

She wonders what to do now that her hand has truly been forced by what seems like a superior being. She chuckles slightly with a devilish grin at Jio. A dragon should fly right let's push this biatch into the air so it may soar to new adventures.

Mashiro focuses her chakra to her hands and slams them onto the ground manipulating the earth in front of her but leaving very little room for error. The earth directly in front of her rises up in a giant section extremely fast splitting the wind natured beast in half disrupting the flow of the wind chakra. Mashiro only raises the section of earth up into the air by 50 meters as that should be enough to disrupt this loveable cute doragon.

She runs around the earth section to see jio land on the ground, she waves and smiles.

As I'm floating down to the ground to land and you're running around the section of earth, i weave together a swift set of hand seal that allows me to create rain clouds above the terrain spanning out long range in every direction. Upon doing the hand seals, i add an additional hand seal that allows me to activate a technique in the same time frame as my rain jutsu. As the clouds form, intangible wind forms around all of the clouds to create a protective casing. The wind still allows the rain drops to fall unaltered by the defensive shell, letting me sense across the entire battlefield...

Akiro no Kingu is an activation technique derived from the technique. The jutsu is activated with a single hand seal directly after any technique that produces rain or storm clouds in order to produce a defensive mechanism created from wind. Due to the nature of the technique it is activated fast enough to be done in the same time frame as the jutsu used prior. Alternatively, it can also be used on naturally present clouds around the terrain. As the clouds are formed in the terrain, wind coats the shape of the clouds, though the wind around the clouds is unique in the fact it takes on a semi-intangible state. To a normal eye the coat of wind around the clouds would go completely unnoticed other than the slight white sparkle it gives off and the slight distortion in the air above the terrain, though the chakra could be seen with a doujutsu or sensed by sensors. Once the technique has been activated it will stay coated on the chosen set of clouds and will move along with them if they so happened to move, seeing as clouds usually don't stay motionless. The coat also acts as something that keeps the clouds together as a whole, preventing them from scattering and becoming dispersed. With the air around the clouds being Semi-intangible, the rain or other liquids that are produced from the clouds will be able to fall down unscathed, as if nothing was lingering around the clouds at all. The wind only comes into play and reacts to energy based techniques, such as lightning, fire, or other wind techniques (this includes energy based CE/KG). This allows the wind to act as a defensive mechanism to these energies according to the strengths and weaknesses of them. The coat of air around the clouds would effectively prevent any lightning from entering or exiting the clouds without being stopped due to the strength wind has against lightning. On the other hand, this can stop A-rank and below fire from going into the clouds or coming down from the clouds. When coming into contact with other wind, the coat stands equal to it and is able to defend from S-Rank and below wind techniques attempting to go into the clouds or come out. Other than reacting to other energies, the coat has no sort of offensive capabilities, being present only for the sole reason of being a line of defense for clouds so they won't be dispersed in a time of need.

As I'm creating my rain clouds, my dragon which is still fully intact, seeks you out and attacks you from above. The dragon can easily sustain its flight due to its wind properties so following your every movement and keeping track of you from above proved to be quite easy. Meanwhile, as the dragon attacks, I'd watch fully prepared to act on any unnecessary or dangerous acts done by you as you run.

The wind only comes into play and reacts to energy based techniques, such as lightning, fire, or other wind techniques (this includes energy based CE/KG). This allows the wind to act as a defensive mechanism to these energies according to the strengths and weaknesses of them. The coat of air around the clouds would effectively prevent any lightning from entering or exiting the clouds without being stopped due to the strength wind has against lightning. On the other hand, this can stop A-rank and below fire from going into the clouds or coming down from the clouds. When coming into contact with other wind, the coat stands equal to it and is able to defend from S-Rank and below wind techniques attempting to go into the clouds or come out. Other than reacting to other energies, the coat has no sort of offensive capabilities, being present only for the sole reason of being a line of defense for clouds so they won't be dispersed in a time of need.

As I'm creating my rain clouds, my dragon which is still fully intact, seeks you out and attacks you from above. The dragon can easily sustain its flight due to its wind properties so following your every movement and keeping track of you from above proved to be quite easy. Meanwhile, as the dragon attacks, I'd watch fully prepared to act on any unnecessary or dangerous acts done by you as you run.
Looking high into the sky Mashiro see's that the little one has survived it's flight and looks so wonderful in the sky. Oh boy oh boy oh boy this is so fuuuun, awww man rain clouds phewy.

Not interested in stupid rain or clouds Mashiro places her hands against the earth core that had risen up. She channels her chakra throughout it and manipulates a pillar off the side of the core directed at the head of the dragon( I assume my right still).
