welll.... i think its hardly kill naruto that way, since naruto can sense all sorrounding chakra, and he just could move with reflec from the chakra movement. like when encountering madara invisible limbo.

sasuke in othet hand, would lost his eyes ability sometime, example, it did lost ability,when figthing kaguya and coming back last.
