My ultimate goal in my life is at the moment of my death I want my final thoughts to be

and truly in my heart believe in that statement regardless of what happens after that moment
I think in my own personal temporary life a belief in God was necessary to get me through some tough times.

Yes this thread stayed civilized because we each understood to just express our viewpoints on the subject but not be unnecessarily insulting! So right there is one thing we have in common! and yeah about spiderman, i am not really a fan but i like to keep an open mind about everything, thats why i watch anime and a read manga and comics as well as watching movies and tv shows and reading books. cause sometimes those things pop up with real emotion and feeling and thought provoking subjects, like naruto or spiderman.

I was going to say the same thing about you I am actually an aspiring video maker! I started editing videos back in 1999. We both share similar interests it seems. Writing and Editing are two forms of art! And yet we both have different view points on bonding with people. The main point is we can get along though. Niether of us is right or wrong. That is wife a limited life is so grand we can enjoy others' works and use our own time wisely to please others. Your writings will be read by people that will think highly of you and enjoy your work very much!

Haha I thank God for your existence then. Making such videos is more than enough to make you a friend and helper to mankind in my eyes. I don't expect myself or anyone to attempt changing the world entirely. Writing an inspiring book or making inspiring videos make little change, which counts for a lot. Thanks for that. Wow I love this post And yes I feel the same way I try to like Spiderman and Naruto because its something to look forward to when new things come out in the comic/manga world.

And I really enjoy the fact that you recognized that the conversation we are having is something good in the world. We both enjoy NB we didn't want to get infractions for being hateful because that may take some fun away from us in the future on this site. These rules of NB allowed us to be open minded with each other and find something in common! This is a great real world example

Well, I think religion is bullshit. There, got that out of the way.

I don't think life is supposed to be everlasting. If you know you're never going to die, that most likely will bring out complacency. You are born to die, but what you do with your time, give your life meaning, that's for every individual to decide. People have different ideals and morals, so not everyone in the world will see eye to eye on everything.

But... With more time comes more knowledge. Who knows what can happen with more knowledge? Everlasting life might make you a peaceful person, finally being able to understand what life is and how it works. Or everlasting life might give you a God complex. And if several people build a God complex, that will just lead us back to times of evil.

Hmmm... I don't remember what I was supposed to answer.


Edit: Ah, heaven or hell!! I choose hell. Why? Because that's where all the cool people are, all the sinners. I'm not talking about the serial killers and all that, I'm talking about people who partied too hard, did stupid shit, had fun with their lives.

little changes by lots of people can change the world. One person alone couldnt change it. Anyway i really enjoyed this thread was an interesting read. Nice to see that people with different opinions can get along. We need more of that
