it doesn't matter if they transfer you to another machine. your brain which is basically you will still deteriorate with age. unless they somehow figure out a way to take the memories from your mind and log them in the android. but then it is not you. it is just a machine going of your memories. of course then there is the matter of your body. so if i remove the brain and leave the body which one has the soul?

With time, money, discoveries, and technology, it's possible. Mankind will continue to invent stuff that previously was thought to be impossible. Plus, wouldn't some kind of complex fluid be the solution to substaining the brain's activity? Take Android 20 from DBZ for example. Lol

Why would anyone want to be immortal in this world anyway? Well, it makes sense for non-believers wanting to and believers who doubt their entrance into Heaven.

I agree completely but I think a common misunderstanding is people thinking of a perfect heaven with no pain! It would be boring and therefore wouldn't be heaven that's why heaven is on earth when love occurs! Wouldn't you be pleased if your afterlife was a new childhood maybe as a bird! You finally would experience flying! Wouldn't that be marvelous for a time?

i think god is wrong, he may have created heaven, hell and earth and all life but he is still wrong in my opinion. not to say that i could have done a better job, it's easy to point out mistakes and problems after something is created, but is it that easy before something is created? like the question, can you imagine a new color? can you create an animal that will be perfect without any reference or basis to work from? out of pure nothing?

still, god should be blamed for all the mistakes he did, i believe in satan (not the sataing church which is stupid). satan or lucifer rebeled against god when god created humans because god asked all his angels to bow before men. lucifer refused and went into war against god. i would support lucifer's cause because it is just, we all deserve free will, if lucifer want to hate all of us men then he must have the right to do so, even if god think's it wrong. if god gives us the free will to choose between heaven or hell is it really free will? can i choose to become an android and die when i decide and still go to heaven? because if god thinks that i need to die when he decide to go to heaven then i refuse to accept him.

Still its an interesting read however I have to disagree on you about their being a heaven or hell. Im a christian and I still dont believe in either. Though I would like to further delve into this argument with you I just dont think its appropriate for your thread and its initial intention. That part about us having synthetic bodies seems too good to be true maybe just some scientist giving out false promises to very rich investors to get his hands on money

I like this theory....it goes along with a lot of my own theories quite well actually. But I'm not I quite convinced yet because in order for a human to accomplish this feat he would have to gain control over a soul and that's something I believe may be impossible for man. Man takes care of the physical things and God takes care of the spiritual. It's a 50\50 relationship. That's the point, that's the whole test right there.

You aint a Christian you just go to church, and why go to church if you dont even believe heaven and earth?
