[Suggestion] We can't contact ADMINS without an account.

When I was without my account, I clicked contact an admin to message them but I needed an account.What if something happens to someone and they can't access their account so how can they contact them?

LOL I had to have a guess, I wrote an email to [email protected] don't even know if it exists

Can you gives us an email we can always contact to get help(preferably it being on top of Naruto base for everyone to see) or change allows us to contact an admin without an account.

tell an admin your email and password for that account and they can find out what the username was!
If you don't remember the password and username than I don't think you can do much!

I don't think it would be a good idea. Some people would troll his inbox so bad, he would have to hack all the IP-addresses and lock them down from NB. And that would be hundreds.

U can use Password reset option...there is no need to contact an Admin if u knw u r Email and username....

Hmmm, I don't think this is a good idea.
Imagine the spam and the trolling admins will have to read if such thing is created. 99% of the e-mail/Pm's they receive will be trash.
Plus, NB has been around 5-6 years and only had one attack. Don't expect this to be a frequent event.

That suggestion was about a temporary channel. A permanent one is impossible because NB has too many members (and more importantly too many trolls).
An IRC needs ops and a server and it isn't implemented for thousands of people because simply it will result into total chaos. You can fix the amount of members that can log on to it but that beats the purpose of having it always available as the OP wants.

a temp is all we need, how many times can the site get hacked.
