His Senjutsu chakra mixed with his Kyubi chakra is going to turn him into another variant of the Sage. I think the Sage either knew SM or he could control senjutsu chakra. So when Naruto tries to enter BM while she's in SM, it's going to give him a completely new look and some new moves. Nothing like him getting the Rinnegan, but he may get some Rinnegan-like abilities
