for some reason i knew that someone known as wb , after wb died someone would come along , but i didn't had the guts nor the knowledge of making a thread and finally here it is , a fake wb...
if you ask me to explain , i'll just reply this: i just have a feeling that this would've happened , like for example , like how bb got the wb's fruit and like sabo got ace's fruit , it would just be a weak foreshadowing that this would've happen.... and ofc the will of someone ... the inherit will like roger's will passed to monkey d. luffy and stuff ^^ it was something that had to happen.
plus ... in the manga (obviously) it has more proof of that , but then again... some of you would say: "oh there is no way that oda would ruin wb name by creating someone has powerful as wb , plus bb has his devil fruit , so how could that happen , there's no way in hell that could happen"
