This may sound OT, but I cant help but noticed and ask...

Tobi wears something like a chained handcuff on his wrist to capture Minato as they go for a head-on while Tobi is intangible.. Does this say that he's able to choose which part of his body can be tangible/intangible at the same time? Because the chain never slipped-out to his wrist as he turned intangbile.

Might sound dumb here, but I just dont have a clue...
