I know that the Hyuga clan is one of the founding clans of Konohagakure. Also that the clan has two branches. The main family ad the branch family. The main family used to place seals on the branch family that would signify their rank within the clan. The clan also holds one of the three great dojutsu r eye justu. The Byakugan is capable of seeing the tenketsu or chakra circulatory system within a person. It also cannot be blinded or easily tricked. It has the same tracking capabilities as a 3 tomoe sharingan but cannot perform genjutsu as easily. As for a few members there are: Neji Hyuga, Hinata Hyuga, Hanabi Hyuga, and Hiashi Hyuga
Im just gonna add on to what I have already said. The Byakugan is a kg that each member of the Hyuga clan is born with. These eyes give the Hyuga extended fields of vision as well as the ability to see the chakra circulatory system. The clan also has the ability to expel chakra from every tenkotsu in throughout their bodies. The reason there is a branch and main family is in order to keep the Byakugan secret from outsiders. The cursed seal on the branch family can be controlled by the main family as a way to keep absolute power over the branch family. With a single hand seal a branch member's brain cells can be fried. It also seals the Byakugan if the branch member dies.

As you said, what type of barrier a hyuga can not see..?
And expelling chakra from the whole body can be done by any ninja so I don't see that as a KG. As far as I know, there is only one KG we are talking here and its a doujutsu.

Logically I want to believe the Byakugan can't zoom the distance the barrier is located. We did not actually know if the barrier is closer to them or not, though scorps would soon release something about it so I'm not giving you a complete yes yet.

People born into the clan are genius and are known of their prowess in taijutsu. Example is Neji who was the best among his peers having beaten Lee everytime they fought and even the senseis aknowledged him.
Now lets move to the next one i supposed you are to lay emphasis on
"Byakugan" is one of the three doujutsu which the hyuga clan posses. It is said to be ready for activation as soon as they were born which is quite different from the sharingan which you have to activate to some certain circumstance or condition and rinnegan which we now know is the rearest of them but i won't dwell on that now and get back to topic.
Taking Neji, Hinata, Hanabi and other hyugas we've seen so far, their normal eyes are with no color but plain white and when they activate their byakugan, we see some features around and in the eyes like muscles bulging around it. Activation of byakugan has many stages so lets break it down bit by bit. Neji and Hinata: Hinata uses some set of handseals before activating her Byakugan which in relation to our rp now, you will be doing the same set of handseals as a fresh hyuga. However you will be able to activate your byakugan without any handseals once you've mastered and kept it for a month.
Now to its abilities,
1.you can view/zoom upto 50m as a fresh hyuga but you will be able to see more as you become more adept.
2. Neji vs Kidomaru as a course study, Byakugan grants you 360 field of vision "except" a small circular spot on the lower thoraxic vertebra on the back neck. Neji could be wounded because of this and this is one of the weakness of the Byakugan
3. With the byakugan, even fresher or a master, you can see through object and matter itself, you won't be blinded by flash lights, smokescreens and solid objects. The best of this is that you can see the chakra pathway, chakra itself and even color of chakra, hidden barriers and its just awesome. A downside to this as seen in Neji vs Naruto is you can't differentiate a shadow clone from its original as they would have equal amount of chakra but you can know and see through transformation(henge) except zetsus.
Because of this as you can see even your own chakra system, you can detect if you are in a genjutsu as genjutsu disrupts your chakra then with byakugan you will know the enthropy in your chakra system ^^

With the ability to see the chakra pathway via the byakugan, an Hyuga is able to inflict damage on the chakra pathway which contains chakra points also known as tenketsus. You see, this tenketsus are points that control the way our chakra system behaves. Gentle fist focuses on inserting chakra into a ninja's chakra pathway in order to damage it or stop chakra flow or increase chakra flow since the tenketsu can be closed and opened too. Hyuga have great chakra control and are able to mold chakra into its tiny form then insert it with precision through their palms to damage nodes and organs. Unlike strong fist taijutsu, gentle fist uses a more subtle striking force as they focus more on injecting chakra with precision to deal internal damge. Long story short, we will be examining every gentle fist move as a whole.

The Byakugan gives you almost 360 point of view. You can view your opponent's chakra network likewise yours. As soon as you are in a genjutsu, your vision been able to voew you chakra network passively, you will see the disturbance in your chakra which gives you the assurance you are being induced by external chakra, genjutsu specifically.
But note that knowing you are in a genjutsu does not break you from it so you still have to break out of the genjutsu by means you will learn in genjutsu class.

Okay now lets learn you how to use your Byakugan for the first time.
First of all i want you to activate your Byakugan by making these set of handsigns (Horse → Tiger with lifting just index fingers → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Snake with the right index finger lifted straight up) while channeling chakra into the eyes. Your byakugan should activate if you are truly an Hyuga.
Then i want you to complete the following task.
Scenerio 1: I make several clones and mixes with them. Identify me by hurling a kunai at the real me, if I poof away then you hit a clone, if i block then its me since i won't want you to kill me, will I?
Scenerio 2: I put you under an illusion where you see many clones of me appear before you. Now without attacking any of them. Identify you are under an Illusion using your byakugan. Quite simple is it?
Scenerio 3: 4 of my clones are scattered around you 50meters away at every angle wearing tags of different colors. Now we kill two bird with a stone. I want you to fish them out by naming their bearing(location) and the name of the tag color they wear without turning you head or moving an inch. (hint: zoom and you have 360 field of vision)
Scenerio 4: I stand before you, how many tenketsu(chakra nodes) do I have? Then try and view my anatomy and you should be able to see everything. Now name 5 organs in which you can hit and can cause fatal damage to me(don't hit me yet)
Last Scenerio: I would be attacking and i want you to defend.
1. *throws a flash light behind me so you are blinded then i hurl 3 kunais with explosiive tag towards your mid-section.
2. I run through to your left and detonates several smoke bombs and now as i move through the shadow of the smokescreen, i approach from your back to stab you from the back of the neck.

Byakugan Activation
As shisou shows me the hand signs in order to activate my Byakugan, I make sure to memorize the seals. I then stan up, feet spread equally apart, start channeling a large amount of chakra into the area around my eyes as well as my eyes, and perform the Horse → Tiger with lifting just index fingers → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Snake with the right index finger lifted straight up. Suddenly, huge veins around my eyes start protruding from the corners of my eye sockets. My eyes also become white and I can see strange "auras" in the color blue.
Sccenario 1
As you create the clones and describe to me what to do, I start focusing on all of the clones chakra. (Say you are all in a horizontal line) I look left and right as my eyes are still adjusting to the first activation. I start to concentrate on the chakra in each clone to determine which is the real you. I then throw a kunai at the clone second to last, having determined that you are the real one.
Scenario 2
With my eyes activated, I notice a few irregularities within my own chakra system. At first I feel a bit confused as multiple versions of you appear before my eyes. I notice with my eyes that only the one in the back has chakra circulating through him and determine that this is some type of illusion or facade you have either created or put me in.
Scenario 3
As the clones are scattered around the training grounds I listen to your instructions. With the ability of my eyes to see in all angles I search the training grounds for the clones. I zoom in to the southeast about 30 meters away and notice the clone with the blue tag. I then zoom in a bit more and sense a chakra signature to the northeast about 50 meters away. As I continue to zoom in I notice a red tag on the clone. As soon as I fin this one, I zoom in directly north and at about 36 meters see a clone with a yellow tag on its torso. I zoom in to the north west a little left of the second clone and notice a purple tag attached to him.
Scenario 4
Using my eyes, I stare at your entire body. I stare through to the tenketsu. After a few seconds of counting, I see that there are 361 tenketsu throughout your body. As I continue to view you I zoom a bit more and see your organs. I take note of the heart at the top of your torso. I then loo down at your liver, painful it would be if I hit you there. I see both kidneys, again very vital organs. As well as the small and large intestines. If these were damaged you would not be able to pass food or drink through the body.
Scenario 5: As soon as you throw the flash light I notice that while active my eyes are not blinded by the light. I see you throw 3 kunai with explosive tags on them at my torso. Immediately I throw two kunai at the explosive tags, they hit and cause two of the explosive tags to go off also causing the third to go off in a natural reaction. As the explosion causes smoke which then mixes with your smoke bombs, I zoom into the smoke with my eyes and search for your chakra signature. Almost immediately I sense you behind me and do a sweeping left lower kick to your left leg and cause you to fall on your back.

do normal palm strikes on few trees until each
of them fall. No chakra enhancement(this is not
jyuken yet but a preparation), just gentle palm
