Not having another death or two. It's one of the most things I see complained about on here. Which I agree with, a war without deaths, at least to any characters we have a connection with kinda sucks. Not that I particularly want a beloved character to die, but it would intensify the war.
Also I'd love to see the things in your list happen (minus Sasuke becoming Hokage), just to watch the people flip out on here.

Itachi coming out of spiral Zetsu would be such a troll move. The Gai thing is accurate, I've seen many people seem to feel differently about the damage Madara. And we have too many people who aren't neutral to the Uchihas. A "**** you" fodder towards the Uchiha would cause madness for sure.
Madara killing naruto and sasuke in 2 shots this time would rustle max jimmies.
Madara actually winning the war and activating IS and the show ends. People might shoot themselves.
Sakura becoming stronger than naruto and sasuke or becoming the juubi jin/some other op thing. The rage would throw the earth off it's axis.

Doesn't get worse than that. People seem to dislike the idea of doing good in the manga and besting Naruto might just make people quit.
