Waves

[Ciao]

Hello readers. This is the first poem and probably the last poem I will post here on Naruto Base. I typically don't share my work online, but I am posting this one in good faith. I hope everyone enjoys it.


The ocean waves sway up and down
The ocean waves come crashing down
Crashing down upon my feet, then slipping back into the sea
The ocean waves say Hi, Hello!
They welcome me to join their show
The waves are blue, the waves are green, the waves are beautiful for I have seen
The waves so big, the waves so strong
The waves so tender, the waves so calm
Waves are calm, waves are raging, the waves keep coming, but I am aging
The waves are ageless, but I am not
The waves are forever, but I will rot
But as I age, the waves will be
Forever saying
Hi, Hello to me​

i loved that line. its so good! i would rep you but i have to spread some rep first. what a drag.. hahaha

you should try and do it to where every other line rhymes.

but my favorite poems are the ones that usually don't rhyme.
