Alright then, up to C rank you are. I guess you know the basics. ^^ We are standing to the side of a giant lake.

'm going to be posting the technique, a picture of it (if any), and how to perform it.

You are going to perform the technique (atleast 3 lines) and mention it's Advantages and Weaknesses.

(If the image's don't show please tell me, although i will mention that there are no pictures when i cant find one.)

Let's start with the last technique you went over.

(Suiton: Suihachi) – Water Release: Hand of waves

Description: the user will produce a fairly powerful jet of water from the user's hand.

-Creates 10 clones and scatters them across the field-

*Focus your already molded water chakra into one of your palms and lift the palm foward, then release that water in for of a strong jet to savage and disperse one of my clone.-

Noticing your clones appear scattered about our training field. I focus/channel my suiton chakra to my left palm. I thene raise my hand up. (similar to when nagato does a shinra tensei._.) Then i release a powerful stream of water, that i spray upon all of you clones.​

Advantage- As shown when i performed the technique, it can be used against multiple enemies
Disadvantage-Short range

Description: After waving the Boar → Dog → Horse → Tiger hand seals, the user will gather a large amount of water to form a large spiraling stream of water. It can be guided to strike a target in a number of angles.
Note: Requires a nearby water source.

Your village burning, your teamates on fire, always use this technique to put the fire out, you can also manipulate it to full an earth hole of water to form a water source, although it would be useless since you would already have a water source, otherwise you wouldn't be able to create this technique, it's perfect to push back in-coming enemies aswell.

I want someone who actually wants to learn how to use them, and not someone who wants to rush through them for training, "gave em already" won't do it for the Pros and Cons, please put some effor into it, ive seen your other training threads, you put good effort into them

Description: User creates a whirlpool that sucks any opponent in range underwater.
Note: Must be performed on a water source

Although it doesn't say so in the description, this technique requires a couple of handseals to be performed before using this technique, so make sure to remember that, So perform the handseals and them force water chakra into both palms and the focus it into the lake and create a large whirlpool by manipulating a section of the lake to suck in the fish in the lake.

although it would be useless since you would already have a water source, otherwise you wouldn't be able to create this technique, it's perfect to push back in-coming enemies aswell

I move closer to the lake. I then build up my suiton chakra. Feeling the chakra intensify, i channel it to my arms and then my hands. Feeling the chakra's presence shift to a new position, i perform a few handseals then place my hands on the lake/pond. Then i force my suiton chakra out of my hands to create a whirlpool that sucks in the fish atop the water..​

Advantage- Can be used to suck in animals or people, it can also change the battlefield if fighting on water
Disadvantage- the user can be caught in this

 

[Akuma]

(Suiton: Kokuun) - Water Style: Black Clouds

Description:After performing the Ram → Snake → Tiger hand seals the user creates a flammable black mist that forms a small cloud. The user can then move the cloud above their target and disperse it, covering the target in flammable oil.

Perform the requested handseals and release a black colored mist around the area and gather it into the form of a small flammable cloud, then move it above a clone and cause it to disperse, engulfing the clone in a flammable oil, easy to burn and kill, use it mainly against multiple opponents or as a disctaction if you must.

As your clone appears off in the distance, i build up my suiton chakra within me quickly. As the chakra currculates throughout my body. I perform the Ram → Snake → Tiger, then channel said chakra to my lungs. I then inhale, then exhale. Releasing a black cloud from my mouth. I then manipulate the cloud to travel towards the cllone. Once in range, i cause the cloud to disperse all over the clone. Covering it in flammable oil.​

Advantage- Can be used in combination with a fire jutsu for extra damage.
Disadvantage-The user can move out of range once he sees the black mist/cloud.

(Suiton: Takitsubo) - Water Release: Waterfall Basin

Description: After performing the required hand seals Boar → Dog → Ram the user creates a waterfall by developing spring water in a place without water veins and manipulating the resulting water current to form a wave. This is a very convenient technique as it can be used for training or relaxation. On the other hand, because it changes the environment on a large scale, it also has the effect of hiding one's location from the enemy by confusing them. The width of the water source, waterfall, and basin can be expended, as long as the user continues to send chakra in.

After performing the needed handseals and using Earth Release: Earth Flow Rampart you are able to create a waterfall, for diferent purposes, such as creating a water source, or anything else.

Can't do that without permission, so simply create the water into that empty river, giving it a water to flow with.

After hearing my sempai's commands, i start to build up my suiton chakra. After a brief pause, i perform a few handseals. Then i place my hands in the water. By applying more chakra, i cause the water to flow rapidly in its present current of direction.

Advantages, it can be used as a water source for your teamates. And it can change the landscape on a wide scale.
Disadvantages- in order to create a waterfall it requires another jutsu

(Suiton: Mizu Tsurudan) - Water Release: Water Tendril Bullets

Description: The user will manipulate one of their water clones to dissolve back to water and turn into four pointed projectiles that shoot at the target.
Note: Must create a water clone before hand.

First gather water chakra and create a clone of yourself, now make it jump infront of you and manipulate it's water properties to dissolve back into just water and apply shape manipulation to turn that water into four pointed projectiles that you then shoot at a clone, piercing it's chest with them, making it disperse.

After hearing your command. I begin to build up chakra within me. I then focus on the natural properties of water, then channel said water chakra throughout my body. After taking a quick glance at all noticeable features of myself. I distilll said water chakra into the water. Then shape the water into a clone of water in my exact likeness. I then apply more chakra into the clone causing it to disperse, as it disperses. I shape the water from the clone into 4 sharp needles which i direct at your clone. The clones then travel at yourr clone before stabbing him in the chest.

Advantages: the opponent would believe the clone was the attack, when the attack happens after the clone.
Disadvantages: you can't use this without a water clone

(Suiton: Mizu Yashiken no Jutsu) - Water Release: Water Palm Blade Technique

Description: The user will first strike their target with couple of punches and kicks them lifting the target into the air and the user will then concentrate their chakra into their palm and then swinging their arm in a arc they release chakra creating a cresent blade of water that strike the target.

Run at a clone and start dealing punches and kicks in good combinations, while you do so, apply pressure behind your strikes to push the clone upwards into the air. Then, before it completely descends, gather water chakra into your palm either one works, and swing it in an arc motion; while releasing the chakra in form of a cresent blade of water to slash and make disperse the clone.

I dash at your clone with incredibl speed. While running, i start to build up my suiton chakra. I channel it to my palms but don't generate water. Once in range of your clone, i startt dealing a combination of punches in kicks while releasing slight pulses of water behind it. Knocking your clone high into the air. Before he lands, i materialize the water into a crescent shape slashing your clone making him dissapear.

Advantage-hard to avoid while falling
Disadvantage-requires a bit of space to create the crescent

( Suiton: Mizu Hashira Suiryoku no Jutsu ) - Water Release: Water Pillar Thrust

Description: The user will manipulate their chakra and then they create water to rise up from the ground beneath the target lifting them into the air.

Focus water chakra into the earth beneath that training dummy and materialize a small body of water to rise up beneath the dummy and thrusting it into the air with great force while you throw 2 kunai's at it to 'kill' it, seeing it as a human and not a dummy.

I cause a pillar of water to materialize beneath your dummy and cause it to erupt sending him high into the air. Before it falls, i throw two kunai at its neck area.

Advantages-Can be used as a set-up for a aerial attack from a summoning or yourself.
Disadvantages-Can easily be countered

( Suiton: Haretsu sui Yashi ) - Water Release: Water Bursting Palm

Chakra cost: 15
Damage points: 30
Description: After making the ram hand seal the user generates water around their right arm and then by thrusting their arm forwards they release the water in the form of a projectile bullet that drives through the opponent pushing them back several feet.

Perform the ram handseal and gather water chakra into your arm (dominant for preferance) then compress the chakra and punch foward at the clone of myself that suddenly appears. Make sure to apply shape manipulation to the water you release, creating a projectile bullet that smashes against the clone's stomach and pushes it backwards a few feet aswell as losing balance.
