So, before we begin let's go through the basics. Tell me all you know about water release. Include its uses, forms, elemental strengths and weaknesses, related Kekkei Genkai, and possible results when mixed with other elements.

Deciding to actually pay attention, Hisoka acknowledged his Sensei's request.

"Suiton, is one of the basic 5 elements, along with Raiton,Katon,Doton and Fuuton. It is a nature transformation, which can be used with existing water, or to create water. It is my understanding that creating water is much harder than just using a nearby water source. These Suiton jutsus are usually expelled from the mouth.What's unique about Suiton is that it can change its shape and state, so basically, it can turn into solid. I know for a fact that Kiri-nin have Suiton Affinity."

" Obviously, Suiton is strong against Katon, due to the fact that the water can extinguish the flames, while it is weak to Doton, as the earth's structure can render the water null. Suiton can be used along with Raiton, to increase the damage of the electricity, as well as its speed, as water is a great conductor, as well as it can be used in conjunction with Fuuton, to increase the overall damage of the Suiton tech."

"The only KG I know of, that have Suiton as a complement, are Ice Release, Boil Release, Storm Release and the Fabled Mokuton."

Quite the impressive explanation. ^_^ Now that's out of the way, we can begin. Feel free to ask if ever have a question.

Since you've never molded suiton chakra before try acquiring a strong mental image of the nature of water (a description of water's characteristics) and mold a portion of your chakra to mimic that nature. Then channel suiton chakra into a water source and manipulate it with your chakra to create a small wave. After that, try raising water in the form of a small wall and then shooting a small water blast from the water source. That's the basic suiton jutsu. It could also be done without a water source by converting suiton chakra into water released from your mouth, hands, etc. When you're done with the first three try it without a water source.

", what a co-incidence that we are near a lake ."

-Hisoka proceeded to sit up, and meditated. As he closed his eyes, he recapped the waves of the lake, its movement, its characteristics. He envisioned his chakra, and tried to mold his chakra into the same. He molded it in such a way that his chakra had a constant flow, with waves. He then proceeded to place his hand in the lake, and transferred his chakra into it. Thinking constantly about a wave, and its rhythmic movement, he managed to effectively use his chakra to alter the water surrounding his hand. THe Suiton chakra, spread out, and collided with other water particles, resulting in a small wave being created-

-The next time he placed his hand in, he envisioned a brick wall. Again, molding and transferring his chakra, he raised some water from the lake upwards, steadily and precisely, creating a small, yet distinctive wall of water. He managed to keep this wall afloat, until it dissipated when he removed his hand-

-The final part, was the small blasts. Hisoka just envisioned Ki blasts, some small powerful blasts. He remembered its movements, its shape, as he placed his hand in the lake yet again. His Suiton Chakra gathered around a set area near his hand, which then grouped up, creating a sphere like shape. He then launched this blast into the other side of the lake. Hisoka repeated this process around 3 times, as he started to get the hang of it-

Now, Hisoka's main challenge was to do the same, without the lake. Confident of his abilities, he started to mold, and form Suiton chakra yet again, in his chest. Gathering enough chakra, he expelled it through his mouth, creating a small wave of water, which managed to reach into the lake.

He then proceeded to envision this same chakra, but in a more dense, harder form. Expelling it again, he slowly managed to create a small, wall of water. Though this was not as stable as the one created earlier, it was certainly, distinctly a wall of water. However, Hisoka did not maintain his for too long, as it burst shortly after.

The final part, were the small bursts of water. Instead of using his hands, he would be using his mouth again. Molding the chakra yet again, he envisioned different spheres of chakra, like his previous bursts. Again, expelling them from his mouth, he expelled one small blast at a time, aiming them at trees. He managed to achieve quite a good range in the burst, as nearly all of the 5 blasts hit the trees.

Nicely done. Here's one a bit different than the last. First, send suiton chakra into any source of water and raise some into the air while separating the water particles. This would allow them to hang in the air as a thick mist covering an area used to conceal your position. Try it out. By focusing suiton chakra in your lungs and converting it to water you could also expel the same mist from your mouth.

(Kirigakure No Jutsu) - Hidding in Mist Jutsu

Description: This displacement technique creates a thick mist to spring forth by lifting up some water from either a pre-existing source or expelled from their mouth, then goes in and out of sight at will from within the pearly-white realm. The mist's thickness is controlled by the amount of chakra kneaded into it. It can't fool the Byakugan, but, due to the mist being created with the user's chakra, any Sharingan and Rinnegan-user will see the mist coloured by their opponent's chakra, which will effectively hide the user from the dōjutsu.
Note: Can be created through releasing from mouth or manipulating a nearby water source.

-Hisoka nodded, as he once again, placed his hand into the lake. Then slowly, he lifted his hand, sending some of the water into the air. While the water was slowly rising, Hisoka focused on the particles. He slowly, using his chakra, split the particles up, thus turning the liquid into its gaseous state. This created a thick, foggy mist above the lake-

-Now that he had experienced the Kirigakure no Jutsu, he felt confident of his ability to expel it from his own chakra. Once again, he envisioned his chakra, and its water-like characteristic. Slowly, separating the chakra, he was able to create chakra with mist-like properties. He immediately exhaled this through his mouth, as this mist enclosed the large area, where Hisoka and his Sensei's where present.

Great. Now i want you to gather suiton chakra in your hand and produce water condensed to form a solid sword you can use just like a normal sword. There's your target.

(Suiton: Mizu Kuri No Yaiba) - Water Style: Sword of Draining

Description: A technique that utilizes water to create a sword. The sword can be wielded in the normal fashion, allowing the ninja to cut and stab like with a normal blade.
Note: Doesn't require a water source.

Next, hold out your arm and release suiton chakra in front of you. Convert it into water that forms a circular shield of water dense enough to block incoming projectiles and taijutsu attacks. Protect yourself.

-Hisoka opened up his palm, as once again he began to gather Suiton chakra. This chakra slowly started to condense, and form a handle in his palm. Then, slowly, the rest of the sword, its blade, started to form. Once the sword was complete, and completely solid, Hisoka raised his right hand, and swung the sword down with an incredible force, destroying the wooden dummy, and it was smashed into smithereens-

-Hisoka immediately notices the three kunai coming right at him, with his Sensei approaching him as well. He immediately extends his left hand straight ahead, and expels suiton chakra. This chakra began to expand around his hand, creating a shield that spanned his body. The kunai hit this shield, and deflected off, while the flying kick came afterwards. Luckily, his shield was strong enough to withstand the flying kick, and his Sensei wasn't able to get anywhere near him-

Well done. Now perform the Rat, Dog, and Ox handseals. Like the previous technique, produce water in your hand and apply shape manipulation to form a long cord of water used to lash your target like a whip or bind them by wrapping their limbs. An appropriate lightning technique may be channeled through the cord to deliver a shock to the enemy like the Lightning Release technique. Catch that guy! T^T

(Suiton: Suiben) - Water Release: Water whip

Description: After the user performs a series of 3 hand seals Rat → Dog → Ox, the user creates a whip of water that can be used to strike the opponent with a lashing action or wrap around the target to bind them. This technique can also have lightning techniques channeled through when they have bound their victim with the water whip.

This jutsu is already explained well so read the description and try it out. Stop these guys.

(Suiton: Mizuame Nababara) - Water Style: Starch Syrup Capture Field

Description: The user After performing the required hand seals Ram → Tiger spits out high-viscosity, chakra infused water, aimed at a surface of wide scope. This is a stream of sticky liquid which can be used to form an adhesive trap that can inhibit a person's mobility. One can effectively reduce their enemy's area of activity with this technique, and has the effect of being able to take complete control over the battlefield. The normal scope of this technique is normally just a few metres, but if prepared, it is also possible to make an entire pond of starch syrup. Being caught in the technique can be avoided by channelling chakra to one's feet allowing one to walk upon it uninhibited, beforehand.

For this jutsu, perform the Tiger handseal and transform pre-existing water into a clone of yourself to fight for you and even perform water jutsu. The downside is the clone cannot be further than short range from you without reverting back into water. The same happens when it takes enough damage. Try it out and have your clone perform a jutsu.

(Mizu Bunshin) - Water Release: Water Clone

Description: After performing the Tiger hand seal the user creates a clone of themselves made of water. These water clones have 1/10th of the users chakra. These clones are also limited in that they can only travel short range from the user without losing control. When a water clone take enough damage they revert back to normal water.
Note: Can only perform up to C rank Water techniques and requires a water source.

-Hisoka notices one of his Sensei's running away, with a crispy treat. He immediately placed his hands together, to form the Rat seal, which he subsequently changes to Dog, by placing his left hand on his right fist, and then Ox, by interlocking his horizontal and vertical hand. He extends his palm again, and creates a large, whip like structure, after he manipulated his Suiton Chakra, which he expelled from his hand, and with the usage of the seals. With great precision, he whipped it, and managed to get hold of one of the Pein's legs. This caused him to trip, and fall face first, ending his run.-

He used it again to get the chips for himself.

-Hisoka bends down a bit, and performs the Ram seal, by placing his hands together. Rapidly, he changed it to a Tiger seal. Then, taking a deep, deep breath, he exhaled the Suiton chakra he prepared in his lungs. The hand seals had altered it, and it was now a sticky substance, instead of just Water. He then, sprayed this 2 meters from his body, and rotated around, continuously spraying it. With this, he was able to create an area around him, where, if he had any opponent, mobility would be severely reduced-

-Hisoka simply applies his knowledge from the Bunshin no Jutsu, into this. Envisioning himself, he places his hands together for the Tiger seal, and starts to create some water near him. This water slowly takes shape and colour, as it turns into a spitting image of Hisoka. With this, he proceeded into his next task-

-The clone stood near the water, where it placed its hand and thought of a brick wall. He raised some water from the lake upwards, steadily and created a fairly significant wall of water. After this, the clone dissapeared, as it turned back into water, and one with the lake-

Answer: For small techniques, yes.

Excellent. Now focus suiton chakra in a nearby water source and manipulate the water, compressing it into multiple pointed streams directed at your target. The spinning motion and density of the streams make this technique more lethal than most water jutsu. If your enemy is standing on water you could even attack from any angle you wish. There's your target.

Description: A technique that deals physical damage to the enemy with a liquid mass brought forth from underwater. Its power to kill and maim is augmented by adding a spinning motion to the compactly pressured water. During fights on water, taking advantage of its characteristic ability to attack from anywhere in a 360 degrees radius, in conjunction with other techniques for distraction, confusion and so forth, this technique has an extensive array of applications.
Note: Requires a water source.

Next, after using the Hidden Mist jutsu, manipulate every water molecule to change their shape and reflect the natural light entering it in a way that the light spreads throughout the mist, making it blinding white within. Remember that your target must be in the mist for this technique to blind him and the effect lasts only as long as you fuel the technique. Try it out.

(Suiton: Suishōha) - Water Style: Water Shock Wave

Descripton: This technique allows the user after claping their hands together to make a spiralling vortex of water to form around them out of nowhere in a vortex like manner. The vortex then proceeds to cascade into an wave of water that rampages towards the intended target or all around. The size and power of the technique is dictated by the amount of chakra put into the technique, varying from C-rank to B-Rank.

Hisoka runs over to the water, while the closes the gap between him and the blissful Pein. He then, focuses on three points surrounding the pein. He then focuses his chakra on those points, causing it to create a swirl motion, like a drill, and rise above the water. He then directed these 3 "drills" and attacked the Pein from all sides, as the spinning motion shredded him to smithereens.

Slowly, separating the chakra molecules within his lungs, Hisoka created chakra with mist-like properties. He immediately exhaled this through his mouth, as this mist enclosed the large area. Then, he concentrated on the mist particles, and applied shape transformation to them, thus altering it, allowing the rays of light to pass through it. This created an unbelievably bright glare, which could have possibly blinded those who were present, if they were not prepared for it.

Hisoka notices the flames as they spread through the forest. He then clasped his hands together, and closed his eyes, Suddenly, a large cascade of water appeared behind him. He then commanded this gigantic stream, to flow through the forest, as it diminished the forest fire, and saved the day. Hisoka did not place too much chakra into the wave, but it was still strong enough.

You got it. Now i want you to perform the Bird, Rat, Ox, Monkey, Rat, and Snake handseals before sending suiton chakra throughout the sky and creating rainclouds. The rain falling from the clouds should be infused with your chakra which is linked to your senses, allowing you to detect the chakra of someone the rain falls on. Performing the seals again stops the rain. Would you like to play a game? Open the right door.

(Suiton: Ukojizai no Jutsu) - Water Style: Rain Tiger at Will Technique

Description: A perception ninjutsu, allowing one to freely manipulate rain infused with the user's own chakra after waving the Bird → Rat → Ox → Monkey → Rat → Snake hand seals. The rain falls from rain clouds, formed with the users own chakra. During this technique, the falling raindrops are closely linked to the users senses. When the rain is obstructed by a chakra belonging to someone the existence of the target can be detected. The rain will keep on falling until the user uses the seal to cancel it.

Next, perform the Snake, Ram, Horse, Hare, Ram, Horse, and Hare handseals. Then hold your hands out towards a target close to you while near a source of water. Manipulate the water to engulf your target in a sphere dense enough that your target can't move and will eventually drown. However, to maintain this jutsu one of your hands must be inside of the orb. Alternatively the water may be spit from the mouth instead. Try it on this guy.

(Suiton: Suirou No Jutsu) - Water Style: Water Prison

Description: This technique is used to trap a victim inside a virtually inescapable sphere of water by waving the Snake → Ram → Horse → Hare → Ram → Horse → Hare → Hands spread in front palms out. The only downside to this technique is that the user must keep at least one arm inside the sphere at all times in order for the victim to remain imprisoned. This technique requires a sufficient amount of water, which can be provided by expelling it from one's mouth. Once trapped the target is unable to move while within it due to the heaviness of the water. Because of the density of the water it can be used, to a limited extent, for defensive purposes if performed on oneself. Water clones can be used in preparation for the technique, which block an opponent's attack and trap the attacker in the prison using the clone's own water.

For this jutsu simply channel suiton chakra throughout your body and transform yourself into liquid. In liquid form you avoid taking most forms of physical damage and can move as a puddle but can't much else until you reform. Try it out, quick.

Staring at the skies, Hisoka, clasped his hands together, to start off the sequence of necessary hand seals, starting with Bird, then Rat, Ox, Monkey, and ended by Rat again. Suddenly, the clouds grew heavier and darker, as it started to pour. However, Hisoka could feel every drop, as his own chakra was infused with it. He felt as the drops fell on the Pein, hidden behind the second door.Jokingly, he turned to another Pein and said,

"I think its the first door. Can you check it out for me?"

The Pein was not amused, and charged at him with a kunai. Jumping back, he rapidly performed the Snake, Ram, Horse, Hare, Ram, Horse, and finally Hare seal. Then, expelling a large amount of water from his mouth, this water engulfed the oncoming Pein in a sphere, while Hisoka placed his right hand in this sphere. This heavy, dense sphere prevented any further onslaught from the Pein.

Suddenly, a wild Kingler appeared.

The crab grasped Hisoka in its pincers, but before it could crush him, Hisoka channeled suiton chakra throughout his entire body, quickly transforming him into a water body, as he slipped through the pincers, and into a puddle. He then, moved away to a safe distance, before returning to his original state.

 

[Ushiro]

Alright. Now i want you to perform the Dragon and Tiger handseals and release suiton chakra that produces a large amount of levitating water near you. Apply shape manipulation to transform the water into a serpentine dragon directed at your target to attack in a variety of ways such as slamming, constricting, or swallowing him. Try it out.

(Suiton: Suishū Gorugon) - Water Release: Powerful Blasting Rain Trench

Description: The user after performing Dragon → Tiger will summon a large amount of water that will then be used to strike at the opponent in several versatile ways. It has been known to transform it into a dragon with a gaping mouth to attack. The water used will be stationary till it is sent offensively toward the opponent.

Next, focus suiton chakra in your foot and slam it down, converting the chakra into a sharp jet of water tearing through the ground on the way to your target. There he is.

Description: After waving the Tiger hand seal the user slams his foot to the ground, causing water to rise up and travel towards his target as a slicing jet.

Descripton: A strong water wave spit from the mouth that is more compressed than Chaos Water Wave and can carve the earth if used on the same area multiply times.
