After swiftly performing the required hand signs Tiger → Dog → Monkey → Snake → Boar → Tiger, Lisa makes water rise from under one of her teacher's clones and then manipulates it to encase his entire body. she watched as the clone tried to fight for air and eventually poof away in a cloud of smoke. The second clone began running towards her but she simply channeled suiton chakra into her right arm and pointed it at him, a fairly powerful jet stream of water burst from her hand and hit the clone with quite the impact causing the second clone to also disappear in a cloud of smoke. Lisa then turns to her senpai and begins to analyze the second scroll.

"Ok from what I've read this technique doesn't require any handseals and is quite interesting, as it allows the user to propel themselves through a body of water by using their chakra, this feature could probably be attained by distributing suiton chakra throughout ones entire body.The technique also partially masks the users presence whilst he/she is under water, the water however must be in large quantities and as such the technique would only be suitable in places such as a lake or river for example."

Nice job, no problems with what I see so lets move on. With this next scroll I want you to analyze the last jutsu and then perform the first two on my pesky clones. I then summon two clones within short range of us as well as your training scroll before throwing it over to you. One clone runs into mid.range to our left while the other does the same but to the right.

This jutsu requires a water source and can be triggered with four simple hand seals. It allows the user to take control of a large amount of water forming it into a spiraling stream that can be guided to impact the target from many angles. It's a cool jutsu bcz of its range and diversity when more than one spiral stream is created.

A simple jutsu that has to be performed when the target is on top of a water source. The user will manipulate the water underneath the target creating a whirlpool that will suck them into the depth of that water source while damaging them in the process.

Description:After performing the Ram → Snake → Tiger hand seals the user creates a flammable black mist that forms a small cloud. The user can then move the cloud above their target and disperse it, covering the target in flammable oil.

A cool tech that shows you the diversity of suiton jutsu. With three hand seals the user will expel a black flammable mist that takes the form of a cloud that can then be positioned above the target before dispersing covering the target in a flammable oil.

Lisa performs the Boar → Dog → Horse → Tiger hand seals with ease and begins to manipulate a vast amount of water from the lake behind her from which she forms a large spiraling stream and directs it to the clone on the left. She then performs a series of 3 hand seals Rat → Dog → Ox, and creates a whip of water which she uses to wrap around the second clone to bind him and pull him onto the lake. She doesn't waste a single moment and immediately sends suiton chakra into the water underneath the clone which she manipulates to create a whirlpool that sucks the clone deep under the lake waters. She then runs a hand through her dark wet hair and begins to speak to her senpai.
" Ok so what I've read from this last scroll is, after performing the Ram → Snake → Tiger hand seals one can expell some sort of black flammable mist, from your mouth im assuming, the mist then takes the form of a cloud which you can place above your before dispersing it covering him/her in a flammable oil. The jutsu is a little obvious since your opponent will be able to see all this and counter it before it does any harm to him...I have one question though, after the cloud is formed does it have to be placed above your opponent or can you manipulate it to move wherever?"

First off I'm sorry for the wait. Now to answer your question. The cloud is created directly from the user so no, you have to move it over the target. Yes it is very predicable head on but with the right timing and some strategy, you may pull this off as a game changer. Summoning another scroll I then throw it over to my student before creating two clones. Create a water clone to help you combat against mines, and analyze the first move.

Description: After performing the required hand seals Boar → Dog → Ram the user creates a waterfall by developing spring water in a place without water veins and manipulating the resulting water current to form a wave. This is a very convenient technique as it can be used for training or relaxation. On the other hand, because it changes the environment on a large scale, it also has the effect of hiding one's location from the enemy by confusing them. The width of the water source, waterfall, and basin can be expended, as long as the user continues to send chakra in.

A very suitable technique to have when you want to create a water source in a place where there are none. It can be created to suit the users needs as it serves as a water source for future techniques. It is best used after an earth technique that changes the battlefield to fit the user's needs.

A cool technique that can be used on a water clone that just dissolved back into water after taking a hit. It requires no hand seals and the projectiles travel up to mid.range from its source. This technique is versatile and can be used for strategic plans in battle.

(Suiton: Mizu Yashiken no Jutsu) - Water Release: Water Palm Blade Technique

Description: The user will first strike their target with couple of punches and kicks them lifting the target into the air and the user will then concentrate their chakra into their palm and then swinging their arm in a arc they release chakra creating a cresent blade of water that strike the target.

This move combines taijutsu and suiton together to make a close combat attack. The user first hits the target a few punches before kicking them high into the air as they channel chakra into their arm. They will then swing their arm in an arc towards their target releasing a crescent blade of water finishing the deal.
